Binal Kamdar is the Founder and CEO of TeachSTEAM, a leading organization specializing in hands-on learning through LEGO for children aged 3-13. With a systemized approach, she has designed over 60 LEGO®-based STEAM programs, reaching more than 3000 children globally. Her structured curriculum has been implemented in 100+ workshops, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and STEM skills in an engaging, interactive way. With 10 years of experience as a coach for international robotics competitions like WRO and FIRST (2009-17), Binal has trained 50+ teams, achieving numerous laurels. She now serves as a national-level judge for these competitions.
As a certified Six Bricks Lead Trainer, Binal has pioneered the use of Six Bricks in early childhood and primary education. She has designed specialized programs like “Coding with Six Bricks,” “STEAM with Six Bricks,” and “Executive Functions with Six Bricks,” which foster cognitive, physical, and social development in children. With over 150 successful Six Bricks training sessions delivered both online and in-person, Binal has trained 800+ educators from 40+ countries, making her courses an international success in modern education. Her work continues to help educators integrate critical thinking and problem-solving into everyday learning.
Additionally, she is a certified LEGO® Serious Play® and DUPLO® Play & Learn facilitator, extending her expertise to corporate team-building workshops and educator training, using LEGO® to inspire creativity and collaboration.Her programs emphasize hands-on learning to make education inclusive, engaging, and transformative.
