Transforming Leadership: Creating Thinkers, One Company at a Time

At Coddiwompling, we’re all about navigating through uncharted territories with confidence and creativity. Recently, the Vice President of NUS Ecosystem enlisted our expertise to design a bespoke strategy development workshop for their senior management team, paving their path to 2025. Working closely with key stakeholders, we co-created an innovative workshop using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology. The results were profound, revealing essential insights into NUS Ecosystem’s winning aspirations and identifying three critical success factors with actionable initiatives.

The success of this workshop led to a renewed partnership with the Vice President. This time, we were tasked with embedding one of the identified success factors into a full-day team-building event for about 70 staff members. Our mission? To foster an understanding of synergy through teamwork. We introduced participants to the engaging world of LEGO® Six Bricks, designed to highlight the core elements of synergy in a fun and immersive way. The grand finale, a LEGO® Serious Play® activity, allowed us to collaboratively define what synergy means in practice.

Both workshops are shining examples of leveraging our vast expertise and experience to create transformative experiences for organizations.
