Ineke started her career in the IT Consulting industry as a Business Analyst. During her tenure with ThoughtWorks, she worked on various projects in Leasing, Insurance, Retail, Direct Marketing and Supply Chain Management industries. As the early adopter and strong supporter of Agile Methodology in software development, she put a strong emphasis on iterative development and continuous collaboration while actively seeking customer feedback. Having done this for 9 years early in her career, she strongly embodies these principles and incorporates them a lot in her next career as the Head of People.
Moving on from corporate life, she co-founded KEFI with a partner, as she aspired to transform the learning experience while fostering the inter-dependencies of cognitive, social and emotional skills. KEFI harnessed the principles of STEAM and adopted the 21st-century learning approach to encourage curiosity, foster open and respectful communications, and promote authentic collaborations. She facilitated workshops with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology for leadership development, team bonding, effective communication and character development.
Ineke continues to be passionate about designing and running workshops and demonstrated her passion through partnerships with many fellow facilitators. Ineke believes in supporting and helping youth groups and is actively volunteering with YWCA, a non-profit organization in Singapore to run workshops for youths. A perpetually curious individual, Ineke loves learning and applies her learning at every opportunity she can find. She is currently learning about the world of cryptocurrency and decentralized finance (DeFi). It is the passion and curiosity quality of Ineke that makes her an ideal facilitator for designing and running workshops that support organizations and individuals solve complex problems
