Transformative Consultancy

Our best service combines all our services (i.e., innovative facilitation, coaching/mentoring, keynote speaking and customized learning programme) to lay the foundation for our clients to efficiently and effectively drive tangible and impactful systemic transformative changes towards excellence. Drawing from more than 2 centuries of expertise and experience, we have been fortunate to have supported many of our clients to transform effectively.

One example that best demonstrates the synergistic power of our services is from our repeated client, the Institute of Technical Education on their reflective practice toolkit project. The Principal of IT College West engaged our services to help them develop a Reflective Practices toolkit for all its staff and educators to effect a cultural transformation shift towards becoming a reflective learning organisation.  The toolkit was developed by involving Champions across all departments in the College through an innovative LEGO(R) Serious Play(R) workshop that was followed by consultancy, coaching/mentoring and keynote speaking services to develop the eventual product and share it with the entire College.

We can do this so well because we have distilled more than 2 centuries of experience and wisdom to establish our proven consultancy methodology that delivers transformative results as shown below.

Drawing from our extensive experience in leading and managing transformation and innovative projects in organisations, our consultancy services will reduce the time and effort for organisations to create their desired impacts and outcomes, especially with IT Innovations. For example, Dr Jenson has won more than 20 international, national, and organisational innovation and quality awards (details of all the awards can be found here) for his innovative use of IT to drive transformative changes demonstrating his strong consulting capabilities to deliver values to his clients. One example of an international and national award-winning transformative and innovative project that Dr Jenson had been consulted on and was the leader of a team that generated these award-winning results can be found in the video presentation below.

If you have any challenges in driving transformative changes within your organisation, we are the experts that you can trust and count on. Just like many of our clients who came back to us repeatedly after engaging us, we know we will be of value to you. I partnered with Jenson on one of our first breakthrough programmes – on enabling sustainable food in South East Asia. We brought together 80 senior leaders from investment firms, health, schools, climate action, retailers, farmers, etc. Jenson helped us to understand systems thinking, and how to map and make sense of complex systems. The methods, including LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, were profoundly insightful in helping the leaders see where big opportunities lie. The programme led to many important changes in policy, investment and corporate practices. Jenson is a brilliant person to partner with – energetic, insightful, innovative, fun, compassionate,… and so many other things. The opportunity to work with Jenson is an incredible opportunity.

I am always impressed by Jenson´s knowledge and with the dedication he has, not only for his mission(s) but also for anyone he interacts with.
His humanistic values and philanthropic nature are rare assets.

His motivational level, generosity and seriousness of purpose make him stand high in any work, social or cultural environment. As an innovative thinker, he is always on top of the latest in the field, combining sharp analysis with a strong intuition and problem-solving focus. Optimistic, engaging, inspirational and easy to get along with, Jenson is extremely creative and with an outstanding intellectual acumen.

In addition to our friendship – which I am honoured for – I must say that seldom have I been able to make such wholehearted considerations. They are all true.

It’s been an honour to serve alongside Jenson in the HomeTeamNS Branding & Publicity Committee. A passionately committed educator, Jenson is ready and willing to share his experience and knowledge for the benefit of all in the room. I’ve learnt much from his keen analytical abilities as he processes information and delves into the root causes and effects with simple but direct solutions. Despite his clear academic prowess, Jenson is constantly learning and improving his skills and knowledge. I personally look forward to serving with Jenson and working alongside him to value-add to the communications and branding of whichever organisation we get to be a part of.

Jenson is deeply passionate to transform the hearts and minds of his learners. I have worked with him in the SG75 engagements for more than 100 students. His passion and commitment is admirable. I am impressed and inspired by his heart to serve his learners, communities and His generosity to share his knowledge and experiences to all.

Jenson is a passionate teacher with a kind and generous heart. He goes over and above to do his best and can always be relied upon to support and help. He ensures that what he delivers is of the highest quality and his drive and passion to make a positive impact on all that he comes into contact with is extremely inspiring.

Jenson designs interesting and engaging activities that are tailored to individual needs. They are effective for individuals to get to know themselves better or increase one’s awareness of the strengths of other team members. It was a privilege to receive his training for building teams.

Had the pleasure to work with Jenson and was introduced to LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. A very enthusiastic individual coupled with his passion for making knowledge available to everyone. Truly, a very inspiring educator.

Jenson is someone I know who is very dedicated to learning. He has a humble personality where he learns from anyone of any age as long as he sees value in them. I especially like to commend on his passion in life. Someone full of passion is always the kind of person you want to work with, I am very proud to have him as a senior in life and someone I can call friend despite his high accreditation and great influence in his current position as a lecturer.

Jenson participated in my dept’s Innovation & Quality (IQ) projects programme. He is a very knowledgeable and diligent co-worker in his team. He demonstrated high professionalism in NUS. His project skill has won him several team awards and he has led by example.
His last project with my dept on Enterprise Architecture (EA) is very interesting and proven a good project.
I have several time saw him motivating and sharing with his team. Overall I do see him as a good leader and mentor.
He was nominated and awarded Quality Service Award in 2007 for his contributions and professionalism

Jenson is very insightful and strategic in his field. His energy and commitment is infectious. His leadership in large-scale workshops has earned him recognition as a leading facilitator in Lego Serious Play as well as other strategic-level exercises.

I know Jenson through the LEGO Serious Play community of practice (COP). Jenson’s passion for community-building is evident in his energy in bringing together passionate LEGO Serious Play facilitators in a large-scale youth outreach to envision the future of Singapore. He led all aspects seamlessly, with rigour while encouraging full participation of all involved. What I appreciate most is Jenson’s ability to get his hands dirty to get the job done and his appreciation for people.

Its such a pleasure to know Jenson and work with him for a period in NUS. We rarely find people like Jenson in any organisation. He is so passionate about quality and improvement, coaching and developing people and teams – which can be easily evidenced from the long list of projects he and his teams completed in NUS. He is very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, experienced but humble. I believe Jenson would play a bigger part to influence more students and others in his current role as a lecturer in SIM.

Jenson was a participant on the Singapore Police Force Command and Staff Course 2016 as a Singapore Police National Servicemen. He was a very keen and enthusiastic participant, with a very optimistic and positive outlook. He was exceptional at listening to feedback and applying the lessons from debriefs to the next activity. He showed willingness to grow, develop self-awareness – all with great humility and a sense of humour. He was a huge asset to the team, and I’m sure is a huge asset to the educational system with his passionate interest in student engagement.
